Very transparent about the whole process.
Very recently we had minor flooding in the basement of our house. We called a different company and they found tree roots in a section of our sewer line. They told us we had to replace the entire line and quoted us almost $15k! Another company said it could be DOUBLE that amount because of the placement of our line.
A friend then recommended Drains R Us because his dad used them before for a similar issue. Wayne from Drains R Us came over, inspected the line and offered another option - Clear out the tree roots in the affected section using a pressurized water tool to resolve the immediate problem, and then inspect/re-evaluate in 12-18 months. This option was only 1/10th of the price of the first option. We decided to go with this option because quite frankly, we didn't have 15k lying around. Wayne and his team cleared out the roots and cleaned the line, and our sewer line is no longer backed up and is now flowing again.
